Home WOD 20200517(Time) Warmup 4 sets... 3 rounds = 1 Set - 6 DB cleans, 9 Jerks Perform 50 Double Unders, then Rest 1 minute after each set WOD: - 100 Jumping Lunges (5 Dumbbell Thrusters every minute. Start the workout with 5 DB Thrusters, then go into the jumping lunges. At the first minute stop jumping and perform 5 more DB Thrusters. Keep repeating each minute until you've completed 100 Jumping Lunges.
