CrossFit 20200726(Reps, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup Split Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 WOD: 3 Rounds of 7 min Snatch Ladder Reps per Round: 5-4-3-2-1 - Round 1 (men) 75-85-95-105-115 - Round 2 (men) 85-95-105-115-125 - Round 3 (men) 95-105-115-125-135 - Round 1 (women) 45-50-55-60-65 - Round 2 (women) 50-55-60-65-70 - Round 3 (women) 55-60-65-70-75 Rx2 start at 55/40 Rx3 start at 45/35 Increase weight with each successive set, and each round starts at a higher weight. Only one attempt at each set/rep. If you fail you may attempt moving to the next weight. Score = total number of reps completed Men increase by 10lbs each set, women increase by 5lbs each set.
