CrossFit 20210906(Rounds, Rx2, Rx3) Partner Warmup WOD Prep: 3 Rounds - 3 Unbroken Pullups / partner - 3 Unbroken Single KB Swings / arm / partner - 3 Unbroken Snatches / partner then 100m Partner Farmers carry (each carries one weight) Partner WOD: Nickman (35 min Time Cap) 10 Rounds - 200m Offset Weight Farmer Carry (55&35 for men, 35&25 for women) - 10 Weighted Pullups (20/10) - 20 Alt. DB Power Snatch (55/35) (both partners perform the 200m Farmers Carry and can divide the weight between them. After which, one partner works while one partner rests) Rx2: 35&25 for Men, 25&15 for Women, Strict Pullups, 35/25 Snatch Rx3: 25/15 Plate Carry, Ring Rows, Plate GTOH
