10 single-arm weighted shoulder presses
10 single-leg weighted RDLs

then 2 sets:
5 weighted hang power cleans
5 weighted push presses

WOD:
5 rounds for distance
- 30 sec Handstand Walk
(rest 1 min between rounds)
then
5 rounds for reps
- 30 sec Kipping Handstand Pushups
(rest 1 min between rounds)

- record total HSPU reps (note: Handstand Walk distance in comments)
- use Wall Walks for Handstand Walks if necessary
