Rx:
STIMULUS 10+ rounds
10 push press (115/75)
10 KB swings (53/35)
10 box jumps (24/20)

Rx2 - 95/65, 35/26 KB
Rx3 - 75/55, 26/18 KB, box step-ups (lower box)

SCALING OPTIONS:*
-Push presses - use a light set of dumbbells
-Box jumps, scale to step-ups or lower box jumps
*BAF recommended!

STIMULUS NOTES:
8-20 rounds for most, potentially fewer for Beginners
Scale to keep all rounds under 2:00, with advanced athletes pushing to keep each round closer to 1:00
