Partner Friyay! Today’s workout is a fast paced effort of rowing and planks, with a 15- 25 minute stimulus.
You and your partner will trade off accumulating calories on a rower. During the non-rowing partner's rest, they must complete 30 seconds in a plank hold before transitioning again. Fun, fun, fun!
