Today’s workout is a fun variation of a classic CrossFit benchmark where you’ll work in partners to complete Triple Isabel - 90 snatches for time! Choose a light-to-moderate load to keep moving consistently but one of the best strategies today is going to be “I go, you go.” 🏋🏼‍♀️
