Did you know, VO2Max is a high predictor of health and longevity? Your body's ability to consume and utilize oxygen for energy is increased through high intensity interval training. The higher the better!

Today's workout does just that. It's a fantastic workout to get your heart rate up (strengthens the heart) and work the lungs and oxygen transport systems (increases VO2Max).

So if you're looking to keep getting better at all the things you do outside the gym, come in and take on today's 12 WODs of Christmas workout.
