CrossFit 20260125 (Reps) WARM-UP: 200m walk 3 shuttle runs 10 alternating Spiderman stretch + reaches 10 up-downs 3 shuttle runs 10 alternating Samson lunges 10 air squats 3 shuttle runs 10 alternating scorpion stretches 10 alternating cossack squats – 1 shuttle run is 25 ft out and back WOD MOVEMENT REVIEW & WARM-UP: 5 med-ball squats 5 paused wall-balls – hold at the bottom for :01 between reps 5 wall balls 5 wall balls WOD: Every 2:00 for 8 rounds Rx: STIMULUS 12+ wall-balls/round 6 shuttle runs Max wall-balls (20/14) – Rest 1:00 between rounds – 1 shuttle run is 25 ft out and back MODIFICATIONS: -Shuttle runs, modify distance first, e.g., 4 then movement, e.g., no touch -Wall-balls, modify weight & height to complete in 1-2 sets STIMULUS NOTES: Shuttle runs :45-1:00 1:00+ for wall-ball shots 12+ wall-balls/round ACCESSORY + STRETCHING: 3 sets: :30 Russian twists (20/14) :30 rest :30 hollow rocks :30 rest – Use a med-ball for the Russian twists 2 sets: 1:00 child’s pose :30 Samson stretch/leg

Start simple: - Did I move today? - Sleep quality? - Did I make healthy choices? The longer you do the action, the sooner it becomes habit. This challenge is up to you! Do the thing that gets you a step closer to achieving your goals, get a point for that day! - if you’re unsure what first steps you need to take to start your goal journey, ask a coach!!
