Today, you’ll take on 4 AMRAPs, where you’ll need to get through a run effort and a handstand walk before accumulating max kettlebell swings. We have a lot of warm-up today so you'll be fully prepared to accumulate 40+ kettlebell swings per AMRAP. 💪🏻

MODIFICATIONS:
-Run, modify distance to complete in in :45-1:15
-Handstand walk, modify distance first, then movement, e.g., bear crawls
-KB swings, modify weight to do at least 10 reps at a time
