Pull-up Class 2026 0201 (Reps) Warm-Up: 200m walk 2 rounds: - 45 sec bike/row - 10 jumping air squats - 5 inchworms w/ push-up - 20 sec hollow hold 3 rounds: - 5 scap pull-ups - 5 beat swings - 5 kip swings - 3–5 bar reps (athlete choice) EMOM: 12 minutes - :30 sec cardio - Remaining time: bar work Every 3 minutes x 5 sets: - 5 Strict pull-ups or chest-to-bars - 1-5 kipping skill Accessory work: 3 rounds - 30 sec active hang or dead hang - 10–12 DB bent-over rows - 12–15 banded lat pulldowns
