2 rope climbs to (15/15 ft)
15 GHD sit-ups
20 box jumps (24/20)
– Step down from the box

MODIFICATIONS:
-Rope climbs, modify to 1 rope climb if unable to finish 2 in 1:00, then movement to 3 rope lowers
-GHD sit-ups, modify movement, e.g., range of motion, weighted AbMat sit-ups, AbMat sit-ups
-Box jumps, modify height first then movement, e.g., step-ups
