Back at it today with a post-Christmas workout. Today's workout is a repeat of last-year's post-Christmas workout. To help burn off those holiday calories we've got a two-round couplet to get you going. High reps with shoulder interference between the movements. To be in stimulus you'll need to hit large sets with it, so plan your weight and strategy appropriately. I hope everyone had a great holiday!!! New Years is coming! 🎇
