Back at it today with a post-Christmas workout. Today's workout is a repeat of last-year's post-Christmas workout.

To help burn off those holiday calories we've got a two-round couplet to get you going. High reps with shoulder interference between the movements. To be in stimulus you'll need to hit large sets with it, so plan your weight and strategy appropriately.

WARM-UP:
200m walk
10 alternating Spiderman stretches
10 leg swings/leg (across the body)
10 single-leg dumbbell deadlifts/leg
10 Kang squats
10 med-ball front squats
10 alternating dumbbell deadlifts
10 med-ball push presses to target
10 alternating dumbbell deadlift + shrugs
10 wall-balls

WOD MOVEMENT REVIEW & WARM-UP:
Dumbbell snatch cycling

WOD: 2 rounds for time
Rx:
STIMULUS 8:00-12:00
50 alternating DB snatches (50/35)
50 wall-balls (20/14)

MODIFICATIONS:
-DB snatches, modify weight to something can perform at least 20 reps unbroken
-Wall-balls, modify weight first to something can perform at least 20 reps unbroken then height

STIMULUS NOTES:
Time cap: 14:00
Manage reps to reduce rest time avoiding pushing to failure
Consider sets of 20/20/10 in an attempt to minimize rest time
20+ reps per movement

ACCESSORY + STRETCHING:
Accumulate with a partner:
40 DB Turkish get-ups
