Today is HEAVY DAY - everyone's favorite day! You'll be focusing on two things: 1) Working through 5 challenging sets at the same heavy load rather than build to one heavy set of 5 and 2) Heavy is the goal today but always prioritize mechanics, only going as heavy as technique allows.
We're not necessarily going for a 5RM but if you hit one put it on the board and ring that bell! 🔔

Perform 5 sets of 5 heavy back squats
All sets should be 70% or greater
Lift once every 3:00
Perform 5 challenging straight sets across vs. building to a 5-rep-max
