Today is HEAVY DAY - everyone's favorite day! You'll be focusing on two things: 1) Working through 5 challenging sets at the same heavy load rather than build to one heavy set of 5 and 2) Heavy is the goal today but always prioritize mechanics, only going as heavy as technique allows.
