Today’s workout is the classic CrossFit benchmark, Diane! It's a couplet including deadlifts and handstand push-ups and we're looking to have you complete this one in no more than 10:00 - it is a benchmark so I won't be holding you to 10:00 but let's work on finishing no more than 12:00!

MODIFICATIONS:
-Deadlifts, modify to complete the first round of deadlifts in 3 sets or less
-HSPU, first modify reps per round to match capacity, e.g., 15/12/9 or 12/9/6 then modify movement to reduced ROM, box pike push-ups, stink bugs, or dumbbell presses
