(Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3, Hero WODs)
For time:

1 mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Body Weight Squats
1 Mile Run

Rx+ Add 20#/14# weight vest and perform all movements & reps in order

Rx: Perform all reps & distances. Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and Body Weight Squats may be partitioned as desired.

Rx2: 3/4 Murph (1200m runs & 75, 150, 225 reps)

Rx3: 1/2 Murph (do 800m runs and cut all reps in half)

Note: Ring Rows may be substituted for pullups if necessary, but must be scaled to a challenging level of difficulty (counts as Rx3).
