Welcome to The Open!

In alignment with our Open prep month, today will test your fitness with a throwback to the CrossFit Open 20.2 workout. It's a great example of what you might find in the upcoming open, with weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio movements included.

We last tested this two years ago, so is been a while. Look back and try to beat your previous score.
