CrossFit 20211217(Time) Warmup Weighted Pullup 1-1-1-1-1-1 Weighted Dip 1-1-1-1-1-1 The 12 WODs of Christmas Partner WOD: - (Buy-in: Partner 1) 250m Row/600m Bike (athlete's choice) - 200 Double Unders/Singles - 100 Air Squats - 50 Slam Balls (20/10) - 25 Situps w/ Slam Ball Toss to Partner (each) - (Cash-out: Partner 2) 250m Row/600m Bike (athlete's choice) (all movements to be performed equally by each athlete, e.g. 100 jump ropes per athlete, except for the buy-in/cash-out row/bike. Use the same weight slam ball throughout if possible, If not, use the lighter weight of the two slam balls for situps.)
