It's a Classic Benchmark WOD today with one of The Girls, 'ANNIE'! 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of Double-unders & AbMat sit-ups - it's a fun one (one of my favorite 🤩)! We'll also be working some handstand holds while mixing in some double-under practice. It'll be a good time!

Definitely a favorite!!! Many of you have done this one before. Come in and push yourself for a PR. The last time we did this was in January, so it might be a while before we do it again. You just never know. 😁
