Coach BIt's a Classic Benchmark WOD today with one of The Girls, 'ANNIE'! 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of Double-unders & AbMat sit-ups - it's a fun one (one of my favorite 🤩)! We'll also be working some handstand holds while mixing in some double-under practice. It'll be a good time!![]() Coach JDefinitely a favorite!!! Many of you have done this one before.
