Happy Monday. Today we'll be building to heavy one-rep max Snatch. If you're feeling it, go for a PR! We've already had several this month. 2026 is off to a great start!!!

WARM-UP:

WOD MOVEMENT REVIEW & WARM-UP: On a 7:00 clock:
1-2 squat snatches
– Rest 1:00-1:30 between sets
– Build in load

HEAVY DAY! WOD: On a 20:00 clock:
For load:
1 snatch

MODIFICATIONS:
Reduce load as needed to maintain the integrity and safety of the movement
Substitute hang snatches, power snatches, hang power snatches, or single-arm dumbbell

STIMULUS NOTES:
At least 6 heavy lifts; no more than 10
Increase loading across each lift as you are able
