WOD

Mon, Aug 31

Coach J

As we close out August we have a classic CrossFit benchmark - Fight Gone Bad - that targets metabolic conditioning and high-rep stamina.

Fight Gone Bad is a circuit-style workout with 5 different movement stations along with one rest station.

The key to a good score on Fight Gone Bad is to pick one movement you excel at and try to set you're highest score there, then maintain moderate reps and paces on the other movements. Even more challenging but effective is to maintain consistent reps for each movement across all three rounds.

Also, today is the last day of Community Cup. All scores need to be entered by 5:00pm. Congratulations to all participants! They were fun and challenging workouts. Check out your placement at the gym or online.

Lastly, congratulations to everyone who participated in the Spartan yesterday!!! Aroo!!!
