Today we have another Open workout in preparation for the CrossFit Open kicking off next week. We previously did 18.1 last August, so look back at your prior score for a guide.

In today's workout we'll focus on performing it per the Rx levels from 2018, and will focus on the movement standards with it. Don't be surprised if you hear a 'no rep' along the way. πŸ‘€
