Of course I'll have some modifications for you but work on the higher skill, for example, the double-unders - this will be a good workout to practice. CrossFit 20260219 (Time) WARM-UP: 200m walk 2 sets: 5 plank to downward dog 10 banded pull-aparts 5 push-ups + look right and look left 10 banded pass-throughs 2 sets: :30 up-downs 10 ring rows 20 mountain climbers :30 jump rope 5 strict pull-ups (scale to foot-assisted pull-ups) 20 sit-ups On a 1:00 clock: Max unbroken jump rope set (triple, double, single) – Athletes are allowed two attempts WOD MOVEMENT REVIEW & WARM-UP: 2-3 attempts: 2 strict pull-ups + 2 kipping pull-ups + 1 chest to bar pull-up – If cannot complete a complex, then perform pull-up variation in the workout WOD: For time Rx: STIMULUS 6:00-10:00 2-4-6-8-10 Bar muscle-ups 60-50-40-30-20 Double-unders MODIFICATIONS: -Bar muscle-ups, modify reps first then movement, e.g., jumping bar muscle-ups, chest-to-bar pull-ups, chin-over-bar pull-ups, or ring rows -Double-unders, modify reps first then movement, e.g., timed attempts, single-unders, or penguin taps STIMULUS NOTES: Time cap 12:00 High-skill movement Open prep with an emphasis on movement efficiency and rest management Unbroken bar muscle-ups early in the workout; 1-2 breaks in the larger sets to manage muscular fatigue and avoid failure Double-unders in 1:30 or less for the first round; advanced athletes could finish this set in less than 1:00 ACCESSORY + STRETCHING: 1 set: Max unbroken supinated-grip chin-over-bar hold Then… 50 hollow rocks 1:00 standing pike stretch 1:00 banded lat stretch 1:00 forearm extension stretch
