As always, heavy is the goal today, but always prioritize mechanics, only going as heavy as technique allows.

200m walk

10 Spiderman lunges
5 air squats
10 alternating Cossack squats

WOD MOVEMENT REVIEW & WARM-UP:

– Start light and build to working weight

-Maintain full range of motion at lighter loads over building in load at the expense of full range of motion or sound technique
