Coach BToday’s workout is a twist on a classic CrossFit benchmark, 'FRAN' where the reps increase, and the movement order is switched allowing us to revisit the unknown and the unknowable with a backward 'FRAN' called 'NARF' with pull-ups then thrusters. |
