CrossFit 20160513(Time, Rx+, Rx2) warmup Double Under Practice Partner WOD - 600m Run w/ Med Ball 20/14 *- 80 Push Press 45/35 *- 70 Sit-ups *- 60 Walking Goblet Lunges 20/10 *- 50 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull 35/18 *- 40 Wall Balls 20/14 *- 30 Cal Row - 600m Run w/ Med Ball 20/14 (* 2 burpees every time you switch partners) Variations: Rx+ Perform entire workout without partner (no burpee penalties) Rx as prescribed above Rx2 No partner, 600m run without med ball. Begin rep scheme at 35 and decrease by 5 with each new movement. Burpees apply every time you stop.
