WOD:
- 600m Run
- 50 Back Lunge
- 40 Push Press
- 30 Front Lunge
- 20 Hang Snatch
- 10 OH Squat
- 600m Run

Use 45/35 bar on all movements (except running).  10 Burpee penalty if bar put down.
