Warmup

Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2 (to 80% of 1RM)
Deadlift Ladder: 1 rep EMOTM beginning w/ 50% of 1RM.  Each minute go up in weight 30# (men), 20# (women) until failure. Note: you may increase less than 30/20 if you're going for a new PR.  Once failed, continue with 5 burpees every minute until everyone is done.
