WOD: 3 Rounds
- 400m Run (500m Row, 1200m Bike)
- Plank (Hollow, Bar Hang)

Rx2 Modified Hollow (knees bent)

Accumulate the same amount of time in the second movement as it took for the first. Alternate movements each round.

Example: First round of 500m Run takes 2 minutes. Accumulating 2 mins in the plank takes 2:20 due to breaks/rest. Second round do Row & accumulate same amount of Row time in Hollow. Third Round do the same with Bike and Hang.
