CrossFit 20180204 (Time) Super Bowl WOD Patriots: - 1/2 Kelly (5 rounds of 200m run, 15 box jumps, 15 wall balls) - 1/2 Angie (50 pullups, 50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 squats) Eagles: - 1/2 Eva (3 rounds of 400m run, 15 kb swings, 15 pullups) - 1/2 Annie (25, 20, 15, 10, 5 of double unders and situps) Each workout represents a quarter of football. Choose the team you're rooting for then start your first quarter with the first WOD from the opposite team. Take a 3 min break then do the second WOD. We will take halftime as a group (longer break) then start the second half with the workouts from your favored team. Record your time for each half. Total average times will be taken for Patriots supporters and Eagles supporters. The lowest average time will be the Super Bowl winner.
