CROSSFIT OPEN 18.2(Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3, CrossFit EventsCrossfit Open 18.2 (use with CrossFit Open 18.2a) 12 Min Time Cap 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of - Dumbbell Squats* - Bar Facing Burpees** *one dumbbell in each hand/front rack position **must jump, no step overs Rx+ 50/35 Rx (Masters) 35/20 Rx2 (Scaled) 35/20, unloaded barbell, step overs ok Rx3 (Scaled Masters) 20/10, unloaded barbell, stepovers ok Record time completed then move to Open 18.2a in remaining time. If not completed in 12 minutes then log number of reps completed.
